Basic Requirement
Min. Qualification : Graduate

Experience : 2-3 years working experience in similar job profile only need to apply

Job Responsibilities

• prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements
• prepare minutes of meetings
• implement and maintain office systems
• maintain schedules and calendars
• arrange and confirm appointments
• organize internal and external events
• handle incoming mail and other material
• prepare quotation, submittals, tender documents & follow-up
• set up and maintain filing systems
• communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
• prepare presentations for sales team
• liaison with internal and external contacts
