• Install and configure Mobile network solution for 2G, 3G and/or Core if required
• Analyse 2G-3G-4G network E2E performance and investigate the root cause(s) of performance degradations
• Provide recommendations to the customer to solve the identified issues
• Participate to customer presentation in order to expose the findings and recommendations from the analysis
• Perform network monitoring using vendor independent performance monitoring tool, based on the system.

System Administration Knowledge

• Administration and Supervision of the solutions
• First point o contact and main interface between customer and teams (customer care, sales,marketing, …)
• Assist customer local network & optimisation teams:
• Provide recommendations to the operator in order to fine-tune the solution and adapt it to network evolution or experts requests
• Local solution administration and maintenance (HW replacement, cabling, etc.)
• Ensure up-to-date solution configuration (SW updates; Topology updates; etc.)
• Supervision and system alarm monitoring
• Deliver activity reports on weekly basis
• Good knowledge on server OS administration (Windows XP/2008 & Linux RedHat)
• SW and HW troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Project management ability, with good reporting to higher level and management
