Job Duties

• Assist in Brand Management on daily tasks (planning & execution of the assigned marketing activity )
• Work with agencies on multiple marketing materials and campaigns & research new agencies.
• Participate in development and execution of consumer promotion initiatives.
• Work closely with Social Media Associate & Graphic designer to set social media and digital content. Ensure digital campaign content is consistent with the overall brand voice.
• Manage and track project list to ensure that all work is prioritized according to business needs and resourced appropriately.
• Support with new business opportunities and implement the sales strategies set by the marketing manager
• Provide consumer, category, and competitive insights and presentation needs.
• Provide service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.
• Day to day marketing operations to generate leads for our suite of print, digital and membership based subscription services.
• Proven understanding of segmentation strategies and targeted marketing campaigns
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research and understanding how to apply research to sales and marketing initiatives.


• Proven experience as a marketing assistant
• Proven experience in retail marketing
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
• Exquisite communication and people skills
