General Responsibilities

Responsibility for all aspects of business operations includes overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure success of the security company by maintaining financial budgets, ensuring adherence of policies and procedures, mentoring staff, and working with customers to ensure a high quality of service.

1.A capable ,result oriented and active General Manager with experience of leading security organization with leading high performance team and of successfully increase productivity and efficiency whilst reducing cost and inefficiency.
2.Ability to keep level of head all time nurture and grow up the business,evaluate opportunities and risk
3.Deliver new solutions for challenges,processes excellent client facing,& configuration skills and highly successfully in development of organizational performance and business development.
4.excellent hands on management and communication skills
5.Directing complete security operation staff for smooth working and ensure 100% productivity and efficiency on stuff
6.Experience from security company is preferable
7.Resolving commercial and client related issues and disputes
8.Schedule training program time to time as per client/staff requirements.Providing discipline and performance feedback.
9.Involved in recruitment of new security stuff.
10.Should have good liaising with police,govt. authority & client
11.Should have excellent communication and liaising with client for new business development.
12.Development and support a cross function of security operation staff for continuous improvement .
13.Should have own vehicle
14.Candidate f should have 5-6 experience from security organization.
